Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the youngest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. In the month of October, 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. Warming up is usually done prior to the actual exercise. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
